Label Lusting With Lyst: Items To Add To Your Autumn Wardrobe.

Obsessed with ASOS, imagine how excited I was when Lyst contacted me to ask if I would like to work with them. A similar format to ASOS, Lyst is a fashion platform, which allows the buyer to shop from over 10,000 designers all in one place. As well as the fabulous Saint Laurent and co, Lyst also stock select pieces from the likes of Topshop, Forever 21 and River Island.

Lyst's unique website learns about your shopping habits and the products you love, so after placing several orders, the shopper will see items tailored to their taste. Ever since I clicked on the link to Lyst, I cannot stop creating wishlists and lusting after labels.

As the Autumn and Winter is certainly on it's way I thought I would put together a list of items I would love to stock my wardrobe with. Desperately in need of an update there are a few things I dream of. As the months go by, it seems my wardrobe is more monochrome than ever. These days I tend to go for a very classic look and when I do get dressed up, I try to look put together (I am still working on this).  I have always had a penchant for luxury items and as I become a little more savvy with my bank balance, I do intend to invest in a few quality pieces that will last years. The pieces featured in this article are of course inspirational and if I can get the look for much less on the high street, then all the better.

Boot wise, I favour classic styles and at the moment am in need of a really nice pair of black boots. Something that won't date and will last through the seasons. My absolute favourite pair from the pieces above are the Nubuck pair from Dune (bottom row - middle). The chunky heel, cut and statement zip are all appealing. The first pair of boots pictured are from Isabel Marant and are around £200 more expensive, but of a similar style. I am quite sure if I can track the Dune version down they will become a permanent fixture in my closet.

The Gianvito Rossi's Vamp 85 ankle boots (bottom row -right) are uber sexy and perfect for date night or for drinks with the girls. The pointed toe and stiletto heel are classy and ideal for all of you fashionistas out there. I have long been craving a pair of GR's, I may have just found my match.

If you are interested in any of these boots, here are all the links you will need for the Lyst website:

Coat wise, I have always been into neutral colours, something that won't date with a classic style. With money being no option, these are the 3 coats I would buy this Autumn. A mix of classic styles, in neutral colours which would go with pretty much anything in my wardrobe. The main colours I wear are cream, white, navy, khaki, black and grey.  I am keen to search the high street for designer inspired pieces. I particularly love the grey double breasted wool blend coat from Chloe. It's beautiful.

My day-to-day style mainly seems to involve a plain top and jeans, leggings or printed trousers.  I am always looking to invest in luxury pieces to pull looks together and have been after a traditional Burberry scarf for as long as I can remember.  Lyst have every single colour imaginable and the two shown above are to die for. The dusty lilac would look particularly fetching with a pair of dark jeans, crisp white shirt and grey jacket/coat/blazer. After a recent trip to the Burberry store in London, a monogrammed scarf is high up on the wish list. If you missed it, you can read all about my recent trip to Burberry here.

The plum coloured bag from Chloe would be the perfect size for everyday use and the most perfect colour heading to Autumn. For something a little different, another Chloe bag.  This time their small leather cross body is beautiful and would be lovely for a trip to the cinema, local pizzeria or even shopping. Teamed with a grey jacket, this would ooze class.

I have been wearing Rayban Aviators for years, so when I found Fendi's version, I must admit I am extremely tempted. Aviators suit my round face and the heavier, darker frames would be perfect for darker, but still bright days.

So you seen I have a rather large wishlist. Some pieces may make the cut over the next few months, many won't and I hope to discover similar items on the highstreet. I am totally inspired by the tones of the pieces in this article and am keen to work on polishing up my Autumn/Winter wardrobe.

With so much choice on the high street and luxury market, it sometimes feels a little overwhelming! Hopefully Lyst can help you keen shoppers out there by showing the products you may be interested in once it learns your shopping habits.

Let me know if you head over to Lyst? What do you think, spoilt for choice? What's on your style wishlist at the moment? Do you tend to invest in luxury items or can for pieces with a more modest price tag?
