Chanel's Spring 2016 L.A Sunrise Collection, blush, eyeshadow

Chanel's Les Beiges is still ranking pretty high on my wishlist, so I was quite surprised when I somehow ended up on Feel Unique the other day and instead of purchasing said foundation I ended up with the beautiful Sunrise Ribbon Blush and the nearly always sold out Illusion D'Ombre in the stunning Emerville.

Chanel's Spring 2016 L.A Sunrise Collection, Chanel, blush, eyeshadow

Inspired by the tones of the L.A sunrise, the blush incorporates a highly pigmented burnt orange and blush pink along with more neutral tones. With a stunning ribboned effect, the blush almost seems too pretty to use. You could use the individual shades or swirl your brush in the pan to pick up a beautiful multi-tonal blush, which is how I prefer to use this. The mixture of the shades gives a lovely glow to the skin.

The Illusion D'Ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow is one of the best eye products I have picked up in a long time. I have been using this as a base daily, even if I have no time/can't be arsed to apply eyeshadows over the top.  It provides a lovely base to look natural and pretty on the eyes and is so very easy to apply. For once, the lasting power is pretty great as the name would suggest. I find so many eye bases and eye shadows claim to be long lasting, when they disappear quickly. Chanel's Illusion D'Ombre is not one of them.

Safe to say, Les Beiges has just made it to the top of my must-buy list. Tempted by any products from Chanel?
