An Introduction to Dusty Girls (Makeup by MooGoo), makeup, mineral makeup, blush, bronzer, mascara

If you're anything like me then you'd be in favour of staying away from as many chemical nasties (for the skin) as possible. And instead opt for skin friendly ingredients. I'm quite sure I test and trial a tonne of products on my face and body which aren't quite as gentle as I believe them to be. So, when I do come across something skin friendly I give it a bloody good go. I don't know about you, but I prefer to keep the old face and body happy.

An Introduction to Dusty Girls (Makeup by MooGoo).

Dusty Girls (by MooGoo) are the ideal products for those looking for a healthy alternative. Great products of fantastic quality which allow skin to breathe. Free of chemicals, DG products won't clog pores and irritate the skin. I have used these samples for a couple of weeks now and my skin loves them.

The Tinted Earth Cream is the most perfect multi-tasker. It claims to provide good coverage, offer sun protection and hydration. Silicone free this base could replace your favourite moisturiser, sunscreen and foundation in one. I did find personally this didn't give me the coverage I like, being slightly on the sheer side, Earth Cream however is the most perfect base/primer to use before foundation. I found using this under my current foundation created the nicest of bases to make foundation last the whole day. And when I removed makeup at the end of the day my skin looked pretty clear as well.

Night Fall Natural Mineral Mascara is packed with jojoba oil to hydrate the lashes. As the name suggests lashes did look jet black and incredibly shiny. There was no great length, volume or false lash effect. Instead natural, glossy lashes that looked healthy and enhanced the eyes perfectly. For those wanting natural lashes with a black, glossy finish, but who aren't into the full-on effect, Night Fall is certainly worth a try.

Blush wise I've been rotating between 2 mineral blushes; 'Golden Delicious' (bronze toned) and 'Pink Ladies'. Golden Delicious is a little too orange for my fair complexion, however this would highlight darker skin beautifully. I have been using this daily as an eyeshadow, just to give a little definition and the formula blends beautifully. Pink Ladies gives that healthy, outdoor flush to provide a natural glow to the skin.

Dusty girls isn't a brand I was very familiar with. If you are wanting a full-on makeup look, then this is maybe not for you, but for a pretty, fresh natural glow then this is a great line to try.

Have you tried anything from DG or Moo Goo? What do you think?
