Selfridges Beauty Haul, Oskia, Guerlain, NYX, Cosmetics

I have a new favourite place in the world.  Well, new favourite shop. Selfridges. From the beautifully dressed windows of Chanel and Dior, home dining from Anthropologie and Muji for storage. There are departments to keep you interested for hours. There's even a whole section dedicated to tea and teapots.  I could literally spend all day here. I would just need a credit card with no limit (and which never needs paying back)!

Their jam packed Beauty Hall, has to be a beauty junkie's idea of paradise. Every single premium brand you can think of is stocked here, REN, Oskia, Zelens and Caudalie just for starters. There's a Hersheson's Blow Dry Bar, Blinc Brow Bar and Cowshed Spa. Just book me in for everything. No, seriously.  Brows, blow dry and a Brazilian! Finding myself here a couple of weeks ago, there were a couple of things I really wanted to get my hands on.

It seems easy to buy NYX in the UK these days, along with Feel Unique stocking them, I've noticed you can buy everything online from Boots'.  I really wanted to try their much talked about Soft Matte Lip Creams. I have heard a tonne about these lip products and chose 2 completely different shades, Morocco (red/orange toned) and Buenos Aires (pink). I will report back once I have really given them a good road test, but I have high hopes.

Everytime I end up in London, I tend to come home with a new fragrance, Guerlain's La Petite Robe Noire sucked me right in. Beautiful packaged, with a sexy, fruity (cherry) scent this is a real change from my usual (much-loved) Jo Malone. I'm quite sure this will be used up by the end of the summer.

Lastly, I decided to invest in Oskia's Renaissance Hand Cream. This is of a similar texture and consistency to that of their incredible face cleanser. At the moment my hands are suffering, are dry and on the sore side. I am hoping with regular use, this will sort them out a treat. Another one to report back on soon.
