Product Empties and Opinions #1

I thought it was about time I started to feature empties on BBB.  With an old Jo Malone bag getting heavier by the day and with my love of recycling old bottles and containers, I couldn't leave it any longer. So, here's a quick run down of what's been floating my boat and what hasn't.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle Solution (Sensitive Skin)
Still my favourite micellar water. Gentle, removes everything and great even for sensitive eyes. Already on the repurchased list. I do however prefer the normal bottle and not this pump action, as sometimes it seems you have to pump away for ages just to dispense enough product. In future will purchase the standard bottle.

Radox 'Feel Bubbly' Passion Fruit Shower Gel
One of my all time favourite shower gels, Smells fruity and fresh and skin is left soft.  It lathers up beautifully and is often on sale for less then £1.

Korres Vanilla Plum Shower Gel
Slightly on the more expensive side, but totally worth it, Korres' Vanilla Plum Gel is 90.7% natural with no chemical nasties, it's not tested on animals and skin is left clean. The scent is seductive.

Boots Soothing Foot Bath
Containing mint, witch hazel and calendula, this is meant to soothe tired feet, however this did nothing for me at all. Wouldn't rush to buy this again.

Lush 9-5 Cleansing Lotion
An absolute favourite to feature in my skincare routine. One of my all-time favourite cleansers. Full review here.

Kiko Cleansing Milk
Another fantastic cleanser. Gentle, smells fresh and removes even stubborn waterproof mascara. Making an order to Kiko? Then I would definitely pick this up.

The Body Shop Banana Shampoo
Brings back nostalgic memories. Love the scent but made my dry hair greasy so would avoid in future.

Kiehl's Ultra Light Daily UV Defense*
Lightweight packed with SPF50. Makes makeup last longer and hydrates skin. A must have.

Lush Dream Cream Hand and Body Lotion
I wouldn't repurchase this, only due to the fact that I can't remember what it was like. If I have no opinion it can't have wowed me very much.

The Body Shop Smoky Poppy Body Butter
Part of one of their limited edition collections, I'm not entirely sure if this is still on sale, however if it is, get your hands on one. The scent is seductive and lovely and works well paired with the Korres Shower Gel. The actual body butter lives up to normal high standards.

Urban Decay B6 Vitamin Infused Complexion Prep Spray
No time to moisturise? Don't worry, a quick spritz of Urban Decay's 'magic water' preps skin perfectly for makeup and it really soaks into dry skin a treat. Also works well to dampen a Beauty Blender to apply foundation. Already back in my collection.

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm
Expensive product. Lasted ages and removed absolutely everything. Loved it, maybe would buy again in future.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil
One of my favourite ways to remove makeup is with a cleansing oil. DHC's version smells of nothing and it does the job adequately, however there are many oils which I prefer more.
