Neutral eyeshadow palettes. However do you choose? With literally hundreds on the market, all looking fairly similar the choice is, quite frankly puzzling.  Hopefully this guide will you give you the lowdown on the best palettes, for all pockets.
The Comfort Zone, Dolce Vita, Morning Java, Brixton Brown
Let's start with the most purse friendly, Wet and Wild's Comfort Zone. Ever so slightly on the chalky side, this palette offers a range of neutrals (let's see how many times that word is mentioned in this feature) to suit everyone. Easily labelled where to apply, i.e. browbone, eyelid, crease and definer. The most novice of makeup fans will know exactly where to apply this to achieve the best look possible. Quite pigmented, easy to blend. Wet and Wild is not stocked in the UK, however if you wish to try you can pick up fairly cheaply on Amazon.

Brixton Brown from Rimmel. The only palette I have repurchased.  Again highly pigmented with a guide of where to apply on the reverse. Anyone can get great results with this. Much creamier than Wet and Wild's offering. This has been a firm favourite for a long, long time in my collection. And it can be used wet or dry.

If you can spend a little more, Clinique's coffee inspired quad Morning Java is beautiful and warm toned. I bought this palette as I have blue eyes and the 2 middle shades seem to really make my eyes pop. The shadows are buttery, last ages, do not crease and blend beautifully. I love this palette for every day and tend to reach for this on 'good makeup days'.

Charlotte Tilbury's Dolce Vita palette is well known in blogger world and rightly so. The packaging is beautiful, the colours so rich and the sparkly bronze colour is perfect for a night out. A creamy quad of luxury. This is saved for special occasions only. I would not use this every day, it is just too beautiful. I constantly swoon over the packaging.  I am really glad I bit the bullet as this is lovely to use and perfect for special times.
