Quick Fix Facials Mega Moisture Gel Mask

I decided to test this mask on my hands first, it was fine. After a disaster using one of the Quick Fix Facials before (see here), I was very hesitant to try this.  My skin has been feeling a little dry though, (actually more like I have been in the Sahara for a week with no water - is this even possible? I very much doubt it), and this literally jumped out at me to try.  'Mega Moisture Gel Mask - Dry and Thirsty Skin'.  Perfect.

God I'm waffling, anyway it was fine on my hands so this evening I thought I would brave it and try this on my beautiful face!

It smells great, not strong or scented, just fresh, ever so slightly floral.  The texture is quite thick, not gloopy though, and it's easy to smooth an even layer onto the skin.  It feels really soothing and gentle. It contains Hyaluronic Acid to replace moisture and provide hydration to the skin. Vitamin E - which is full of anti oxidants and Marine Collagen to help skin retain moisture and elasticity.

Quick Fix Facials Mega Moisture Gel Mask

As recommended I left this on the skin for around 10 minutes, and used a warm wash cloth to remove any residue. I then cleansed with just Bioderma and left my skin.  It feels smooth and supple. I am not even going to apply any overnight cream tonight and will update this post in the morning with how my skin looks and feels. I was pleased to see after removing this, my face did not look like it had been burnt as it did before, when I had used a different Quick Fix Mask.

The morning after using this, my skin felt smooth, and slightly more hydrated, but the change wasn't drastic. I think you would need to use this over a prolonged period of time to see any results.  This product is just OK and as the name suggests a 'Quick Fix'.

Has anyone else tried this - what do you guys think?
