Glossy Box

Normally when I receive a Glossy Box, the products inside do not make me rush to write a review. Either the products are disappointing or the product selection poor, generally there's nothing to shout about.  However this all changed when this beauty was delivered to my door last weekend.

This is by far the best box I have received over the last couple of years.  The 50th Anniversary Box was good, however this is a really great box with a wide range of goodies inside, including 3 full-sized products. Really impressed, so I had to write a review.

Let's get onto the products:

Glossy Box June 2014

nailgirls 3-in-1 base/topcoat & nail strengthener
Full Size (£13.50 for 15ml)
This promises to give a perfect base and be a nail hardener in one product. I am keen to see how good this is, as you all know (if you read regularly) I do have problems with my nails.
Nailgirls recommend you apply one layer, you favourite polish and then another layer.  Can't wait to see how this goes.

Teeez Trend Cosmetics - Beautiful Flat Stiff Brush (eyeshadow brush)
One Size  -19 euros - find me here
I was really excited about this.  The brush and packaging are decorated beautifully. Emblazoned with lips, flamingos and some kind of topiary maybe?  Colourful and certainly unique.  The bristles are made from natural hair and feel extremely soft. Next time I attempt eyeshadow I will definately be giving this a test.

nailgirls Top Coat and Base Coat in one

So Susan Cosmetics Universal Blush

Nip + Fab CC Eye Fix (light)
One Size £9.95 from nipandfab
Eye cream and concealer in one. Genius! This product should be revolutionary.  Nip + Fab claim that this hand-bag essential will brighten and lift the appearance of the eye area. It also contains beeswax to protect the delicate skin under the eye. Think YSL Touche Eclat, without the fancy packaging.  I
will definately be trying this out soon.

Yohji Yamamoto Femme
£69 for 100ml from www.selfridges.com
I can't describe fragrances, but it smells GOOD! It is fresh and floral (a hint of jasmine, lily and pear) and perfect for summer.  I love this!! And would buy the full size. Reminds me slightly of Jo Malone fragrances, of which I am a big fan!

Nip + Fab CC Eye Fix

So Susan Cosmetics - Universal Blush
One Size - £18.00
So Susan's blush claims to nourish the epidermis, while reducing redness and offering UV Protection. Beautifully packaged, I'm not sure if I would pay £18 for this, I will let you know once I have tried it out. Excited to use though, as not tried any of the So Susan range before

All in all a great Glossy Box.  I am really pleased with everything I have received, they certainly haven't put any fillers in this month.  All great stuff, which I cannot wait to try out.

Were you pleased with your box? What did you get?
